44. Disclosure

I have worked in high temperature insulation since 1988 and on the formation of hexavalent chromium compounds on insulated chromium-alloyed hot components since 2019. The three words of the Chromate Experts are detecting, mastering, preventing, and they also describe what I am involved in. Out of this work came developments in which I took part, in insulation materials without alkali and alkaline earth oxides as well as in products for decontamination during remediation and maintenance work.

I am managing partner of Kavarmat® Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. in Długołęka and a shareholder of Cleansulation® Technology B.V. in Almere. The trade marks Kavarmat®, Cleansulation® and VitroSilk® belong to me personally. This includes the offerings at kavarmat.com, cleansulation.tech and kavar.shop, among them the KavarClean®Redox Powder named in section 26. The companies in which I hold an interest carry out insulation and remediation work on chromate-contaminated installations and are subject to the same duties that are set out in this analysis.
