The work published here is documented throughout. Freely available sources are linked; the link stands at the end of each entry in the list of sources. Documents named without a link are held by the author and are not publicly retrievable. Pixelated names and numbers come from non-public documents that are held by the author.

The controller within the meaning of article 4 number 7 GDPR is Markus Sommer, address as above, markus.sommer@chromatexperten.de.
What this site does not do
The site has no contact form, no login, no comment area and no newsletter. No third party analytics tools are used, no advertising is delivered and no profiles are built. Fonts and images are held on our own server; when the page is called, no content is loaded from Google or any other third party.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 5 Yunitsman St., Tel Aviv, Israel, as processor. When the page is called, Wix processes technical data, among them the IP address, the time, the address called, the amount of data transferred and the browser identification. The legal basis is article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure operation of the site.
According to its own information Wix runs data centres in the United States and in Ireland and uses Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Fastly. For Israel there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission, which the Commission maintained in its review of 15 January 2024. For transfers to countries without such a decision Wix relies on the standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement with Wix is in place.
Cookies and local storage
When the page is called, the Wix platform sets the following cookies, all of which Wix classifies as necessary:

In addition there is __cf_bm from Cloudflare, which wards off automated access. These cookies are set by the platform before the page is executed; the operator cannot switch them off. Wix also places a technical key in the local storage of the browser.
The reader itself stores in the local storage of the browser only:
- cr6-lang: the chosen edition
- cr6-level: the chosen level
- cr6-hinweis: whether the notice at the foot of the page was confirmed
These three entries do not leave the device. Anyone who does not want them chooses "Do not store" in the notice; only that decision is then stored, so that the question need not be asked again. The site works without the other entries but does not remember the edition last read.
Files for download
The PDF files are held in the Wix media manager. The information on hosting applies accordingly when a file is downloaded.
Rights of data subjects
There are rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability under articles 15 to 21 GDPR. Please use the address given above.
